Random pov #1
I'm on my way to my to my favorite place in this city, the library. I walk in and walk to the back of the library, to the greek section. I find a book in a dusty corner of the library I pulled it out and blew off the dust it so happend it was on my favorite goddess, Athena. The title is "The Chosen One Of Athena", when I opened it, it said "18 are chosen, they must join together before time is frozen. The gods chose well, if the chosen ones fail the world will be worse than hell. Zues, Hera, Poesidan, Demeater, Ares, Atena, Apollo, Artemis, Hephestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, Dionysus, and Hades.
When I turn the page a few things fall into my hand, I bookmark I think, then I realize it is some form of coin, a glowing grey gem surounded by Bronze on one side it had a owl and on the other it had a 6, a ring, and a bracelet. I put the coin in my pocket, the Bracelet on my left rist, and the ring on my right middle finger.
I decide to cheak out the book and go home. I cheak it out, then I put it into my backpack, and walk out the door. When I walk out side, it's raining, I yell "crap!" and start walking. I walk a few blocks and realize I'm lost. "Great, how can this day get any worse?!". Thats when I realize I'm being followed. Turn into an ally, only to realize it's a dead end. That is when the stranger shows up. She says "hello, chosen one of athena." I say " I have n- I am cut off by her saying "I have been chosen by Arachne, and I will kill you. I start to freak out thinking that im going to die. then a great thing happend, I saw a flash of sea-green light and I hear a voice say "I wouldn't do that if I were you" As Arachne is run through with a sword and crumbles to dust. I see a Boy with a shirld with a Trident in the center, a glowing Bronze sword with a Trident at the hilt, and a helmet also with a Trident, but this was a small Trident on a sea-green coin like mine. The thing that Stood out to be the most was his eyes, sea-green and amazing. (a/n I am crap at describing) the next thing I do Is run home as fast as I can suddenly remembering where it was. When I arrive home i tell my dad almost every thing. nothing about athena, Arachne, or the boy with green eyes. My father says, annabeth chase you will be taking self defense classes!
