Chelsea' Ghost I did. I was so angry, I did. It was headline news since no one in Roscoe ever committed suicide, especially not a Hubbard. Hubbard's were excellent athletes and even were part of the founding of Cougar radio. I felt angry, but I was being a little stupid. The day after Kim was pushed out of Cougar radio. There was a new rule called the "Chelsea Hubbard rule". It stated that anyone who told someone something that could lead to a suicide like my own would go to detention.
I on the other hand got revenge....................
