A few days ago Ji Min, my partner, and I had moved to Death City. Today was the day that we were to start attending DWMA. I walked to my desk where my uniform was laid out. It had already been pressed and specially tailored for me. I went down the marble staircase and saw Ji Min sitting at the table waiting for me.
"Hey. You're finally up." He waved.
"Of course I'm up." I responded.
We started walking to school and when we finally reached the building we saw what seemed to be an endless staircase that led to the building. "I'll race ya up the stairs. Ji Min looked at me.
"What the…" Ji Min started running up the stairs. "Hey wait for me!" I said and ran after him.
"I win! I'm the best!" Ji Min said as he reached the top step. I followed shortly after.
Then I heard a voice that I didn't recognize, "Haha, YOU? The best! The only one worthy of being called the best is me! The Great Black Star!" It belonged to a spiky blue haired boy.
"Black Star stop it..." a black haired girl who stood next to him said.
"Be quiet and watch Tsubaki. I'm the best and apparently this guy doesn't know it..." the boy who was apparently called Black Star answered.
"We don't have time for this." Ji Min said and tried to walk pass him.
Black Star walked in front of him and stopped him.
"What the... Get out of our way" Ji Min said
"You!" Black Star pointed at me, "You're the meister right?" he asked
I didn't answer him.
"I'll take that as a yes. Prepare yourself! Tsubaki let's go!" he yelled. The girl was reluctant but turned into a chain scythe and he charge at us recklessly. I could see so many openings
I sighed how annoying, "Sorry but we don't have time to deal with you."
"Ji Min!" I called and he responded by transforming into a beautiful white long bow and put himself in my hands. I did an aerial flip over Black Star and Tsubaki's head and shot arrows at him while in mid-air.
Then I neatly landed on my feet and Ji Min transformed back and we both walked into the building.
When we were inside I said, "C'mon let's hurry."
