She didn't know what overcame her but when she first saw his face at the Tower of Haven she realized that he wasn't a bad guy. That inside of him he was struggling to get free of Zeref's grasp but he failed every time he tried. When they got back to land she started to cry. When they asked her why she just lied and said that she was afraid that they died. She was worried but she cried because of that man that was having a battle between himself.
The next time that she saw him was when they were fighting the Oracion Seis. She saw how happy Erza was and how they looked at each other. She wished that someone would look at her like that someday but she wouldn't admit that she wanted it to be that man. She wanted to fight and kill the magic counsel when he was taken away, but she didn't let her emotions show or they would like something was up.
When they met at the beach before the GMG her stomach got it knots and twists whenever he looked at her. He heart raced when they talked while everyone where getting their Second Origen unlocked. She cheered the loudest when he was fighting Jura and she was glad when no one questioned her.
She felt like her hold world went crashing down when he and Erza where officially a couple. That night she cried and screamed all her heart out. When she got to the guild she saw them kissing and the guild yelling at them to get a room. She just ignored everyone and continued to the bar. Mira her signature smoothie in front her without saying anything.
Her and levy where the only ones who knew how she truly felt. She was about to back home when a hand grabbed hers. She looked up at was met with pink hair and a big smile. "Hey Luce want to get dinner with me and Happy?" the Dragonslayer asked her. She really didn't know what the feeling was at the time but it felt like her stomach was doing gymnastics. She smiled at Natsu, a real true smile. "Sure!"
