This is a poem I wrote about Pigma's betrayal to James on their mission to Venom. It is in James' point of view. This one is an ABCB rhyme. Disclaimer: I don't own Star Fox. If I did, then poor James would probably still be alive and well with us right now.
Traitor
You laugh, you mock,
You're happy as you watch me die.
And now, taking my last breath,
I ask myself why.
I once saw you as a comrade,
But now I know I made a mistake.
For now the truth is revealed-
You're a backstabber, a traitor, a snake.
We were friends, or so I thought,
And I bestowed upon you my trust,
Only to be betrayed without a second thought,
By your greed and lust.
In your selfish eyes,
Bounty is the only thing that you see.
You don't care whom you hurt-
You don't even care about me.
If you were in danger,
Then to save you I'd risk it all.
But now, look at you-
You're the one who caused my downfall.
My soul will go to heaven,
But my mind will go to hell.
And when the time is right-
I'll drag you down as well.
