It was 2015-for Heather anyways. She loved Doctor who more than Amy Pond loved Rory but while she could watch the show every second of the day she just wanted to be able to join in on the action. She wanted to be the doctor companion if only for a night but she knew it was never going to happen.

"The Doctor isn't real," she said before laying her head on her pillow.

. Shoosh. The window flew open and a figure jumped in yelling in an unknown language.

Heather stirred awake and as the figure before her came into focus she jumped up grabbing the first thing to her left.

"G-Get B-B-Back or ill have to use this," Heather stuttered aiming the object toward the figure.

"Your goin to hurt me with a tissue box?" He said, slowly stepping towards Heather. "Yes…Its never ending-very dangerous and im not afraid to use it!" she countered.

"Oh then I might need to advance with caution, yea?" He said stepping forward into the light.

"NO STEP BAC-" she stopped mid sentence realizing who the figure in her bedroom was. "How are you here Doctor?"

"There was Da-Do I know you?" he said coming closer. She shook her head at him, her mind a mess as her hero comes closer. "Then how did you know my name?"

"I have dreamed of meeting you for a long time so I would hope I know who you are," she stated sarcastically.

He tisked. "If you know so much, name three things about me."

Heather smiled-she knew so much about every doctor but 11 was her life so she could name everything.

"One-Amy and Rory were the closest thing to family you had. Two- You love Rose even though you never really told her. And Three- You've ever been ginger." She smiled as she said the last one knowing all three would hit a soft spot in the 11ths heart.

He sniffed. "ok, so you do know-"

The window creaked and the doctor looked over his shoulder and then back at Heather. "Well it was nice meeting you- but I have to run" He ran to the window pointing his signature screwdriver towards something in the distance.

Heather wasn't about to let him go so early so she followed him outside the window only to be met with him standing there smiling.

"I knew you'd be companion material," he chucked and offered heather his hand.

She jolted awake. "I knew it was too good to be true," she said, unaware of the man standing outside her window with a tear running down his cheek
