You are the reason I get up in the morning,

You are the reason I get up every day.

You are the choice I'd choose a thousand times,

You are mine, and I love you in every way.

You were 'the one' for whom I was waiting,

Though for you, of course, I'd wait a hundred years.

Now you are beside me, fighting by my side,

I know I can count on you to wipe away my fears.

You never understood my reasoning for anything,

Like my choice to discover my flaw.

But you were always there to pull me back,

Or to try to help me, in any way at all.

You were the one who came to my rescue,

You never believed I had died.

You took the weight of the sky off my back,

And you were the shoulder when I cried.

When I saw Rachel, when I heard of Calypso

With jealousy, my heart would fill.

Though through my envy, and through my hate,

I knew you'd love me still.

Um...so what did you think? Did you get that each quartet (except for the first and last) was supposed to show events from each of the PJO books? Oops, I wasn't supposed to tell you that, I was going to see if you could guess. Oh well. *sigh*.
