In a Bad Way

Dean grimaced as he listened to the sound of Sam puking in the tiny bathroom. A few minutes moments later, the door opened and his younger sibling staggered into the room, looking far too pale and haggard. "You okay?"
"Yeah. Just a touch of the flu or something."
"Uh huh." Sam had been doing this off and on since Carthage. Dean was worried. "You gonna be okay enough to make it to Old Adams Hospital tonight?"
"I'm fine. Any idea why Cas told us to meet him there?"
"Not a clue. Why?"
Sam shrugged. "I dunno. Something doesn't feel right."

A/N: In keeping with this week's request in honor of Platinum Rose Lady's birthday the boys are in New England. Old Adams Hospital is in Adams, Massachusetts. The hospital is boarded up now, but activity started there while it was still open. People reported dead patients coming back and walking the halls. People still hear the screams from within the hospital and see people looking at them from inside the building.
