Insolence!
Author's Notes: THIS IS BLITZ! I'm here with an Elsword one-shot with my favorite ship, ElswordxEve (with the best character design but worst background story ever). I'll probably do a one-shot collection of straight ships (but that doesn't stop me from hinting a few hidden things) from you guys. Hobey-ho!
Disclaimer: I don't own Elsword, it belongs to Kill3rCombo. I also don't own the phrase "Hobey-ho"; it belongs to the Pendragon series by D.J. MacHale.
Insolence!
When Aisha found the last material that I needed to obtain the Battle Seraph code, I couldn't believe what she had done. I started to take it, but she warned me "Eve, if you take this, you could achieve the power you've wanted, but can you really throw away your emotions?"
Despite the times that I've had with everyone, I knew what the answer was. "I'll do anything to restore my people, even if it means throwing my emotions away." I took the flask, and immediately set to work. As soon as the work was completed, I activated the Battle Seraph code and I finally achieved the power to restore my people to their former glory.
But the day of the code's activation, a red haired boy in a knight's armor was talking to Aisha. Who was he? Of course, it was Elsword. Behind him was Chung, Raven, Rena and Ara. "Hey Eve, looks like you're ready huh?"
I felt my eye twitching as I replied. "Of course. It's always you who keeps us from going. Everytime, you come up with excuses to try to explain for your tardiness. The same goes with all of you." As I continued to explain, the gang kept getting a morose look and when I was about to talk about Ara, Elsword was the one who stopped me.
"Alright, I think we get it Eve." You'll never get it, especially since you aren't intelligent. "Anyways, I think you need to calm down." I gave a blank stare like I always would, signifying that I didn't understand what he meant. He started to approach me and I kept backing up. "Looks like you need a little reminder then?" He took his hand and had one finger prepped to do something. He held it close my forehead and flicked it.
What was this feeling? It surged in my chest and continued. It felt like my body would stop, even though it was in perfect condition. One thought clicked to my mind. I raised my hand, and repeated the same action the day I met him. The next moment he lay on the ground, clutching his red check with one hand and the other supporting his weight. "Insolence." I walked away from the group to leave them wondering about whatever they want.
Me: My god it's been so long since I've done this!
Elsword: What's your problem?
Eve: He's probably going through a mental breakdown.
El-Gang: WHY DID YOU CANCEL THE OTHER STORY!?
Me: It was going nowhere. This one-shot of a one-shot collection is based on the Valentine's Day video.
