1. Delusion of reference: (her father buying a vase; a blue telephone box being seen on the street; calling Dr. Smith 'her' doctor and 'the' doctor and 'doctor'; The words Bad Wolf)
Patient Rose M. Tyler has made friends with her social worker Captain Jack Harkness, she has claimed a strong bond with Dr. John Smith which seems to be mutual though he has added more diagnostics to her previously noted one:
1. Religious Delusion: (Believeing herself to be an entity called Bad Wolf)
2. Grandiose Delusions: (Does not have insight into her loss of touch with reality, convinced she has special powers, talents, and/or abilities)

Patient Rose M. Tyler addmitted into care of therapist Dr. James McCrimmon B.S.; Dr. McCrimmon added diagnostics to Dr. Smith B.S.'s list which are the following:
1. Persecutory delusions: (believing Dr. Smith to not be her doctor but an imposter for the first few days of her care from him)
2. Bizarre delusion:( She has very strange and completely implausible delusions; examples are ones of aliens, invaders, and something called a 'tardis'.)

Patient Rose M. Tyler taken from the care of therapist Dr. McCrimmon B.S.; Dr. McCrimmon added diagnostics to Tyler's list which are the following:
1. Nihilistic Delusion: (She believed that she was dead in whatever world Dr. Smith was in)
Doctor James McCrimmon gave her telephone a ring write before her next check up with him, she told him she loved him, the line went dead right before he was able to answer those same words back to her. Was he going mad himself?

She was cured and Doctor John Smith said his goodbyes to the girl who didn't remember anything from the years she spent in the hospital as an in patient. A tear rolled down his face as he watched her leave for the last time.
