Magnus had been dragging around his Nephlim boyfriend around the mall for only an hour. And in that hour, Alec had been complaining the WHOLE time. Magnus didn't seem to mind either.

"Maaagnuuussss. MAAAAAAGNNUSSSSSSSSS!" Alec whined as he tried to wiggle his wrist out of the iron grip of Magnus.

"Alexander, Please. Mundanes are staring!" Magnus said in a hurried tone.

"Maaaaaagnuuussssss pleeeeaseee?"

"'Magnus please?' What?" Magnus smirked at his boyfriend.

"Please let go of wrist?" Alec asked, batting his eyelashes. Magnus couldn't resist.

"Ugh. No, Alexander." Magnus had stopped in front of Hot Topic. "I think you will like it in here, Darling."

Alec stared in awe at the store. I was all a Shadowhunter could want in a store, besides weapons and what not considering the fact the Mundanes don't know of the Shadow World.

"Want to go in, Darling?" Magnus purred. Alec gave an enthusiastic nod and Magnus dropped his poor boyfriend's wrist and let him run inside the shop like a child running into their parents' bedroom on Christmas morning. Magnus chuckled under his breath as he followed the blue eyed Nephlim.

Alec was already in the back of the store looking at the leather pants and dresses. He would most likely get a dress or two for Izzy and some pants and whatnot for himself and Jace. Magnus found him staring, once again, in awe at the displays.

Alec finally saw his boyfriend approaching him and said:

"Magnus…no offence…but, you stand out really bad here." Alec whispered only so the warlock could hear him. He was talking about the glitter and neon colors on Magnus for he wore; purple leather pants with red stars on the back pockets, a white v-neck with a red leather jacket to go with the stars on his pants and white toms. He also had his usual makeup on.

"No offence, Darling, but you…fit in to well here."

Alec looked around and saw that all the teenagers in here and even the works were dressed similar to Shadowhunters. He only shrugged and continued to gaze upon the clothing and whatnot.

Alec just rolled his eyes and continued to stare around the store.

"Want anything?" Magnus asked his Shadowhunter. Alec gave an evil smile.

ONE HOUR LATER…

Magnus and Alec left the store with multiple black bags in all sizes that read 'Hot Topic' in white letters across the middle.

"Well, Darling…looks like you are stocked up on clothes for the next six months for so." The warlock said with a sly smile looking around for a place to eat. "Hungry, love?"

"Yeah…Mundanes eat such weird things, don't you think?" Alec said staring around.

"Darling, I have eaten things you don't even know existed." Magnus answered. "But, yes, I agree with you."

After about ten minutes of lingering around the mall; the two found a pretzel shop.

"What store are you going to after this, Mags?" Alec said after swallowing a bite.

"Hm," Magnus said before he took a bite and swallowed. "I think we should go to Macy's" He said simply pointing to the department store.

Alec rolled his eyes and nodded. You never know what you can find in a Mundane store.
