Balaam was roaming the realms of hell, enjoying the rich scent of blood and intestines, of dark secrets and bloated vanity, terror and lust. His three heads were busy, encouraging a promisingly creative torturer, sucking the last human thoughts out of a freshly delivered soul and finally glaring at a young demon sitting at a desk writing.
"If that's not the spineless little git who's cataloguing sins and punishments instead of practicing with souls. Gregory… Charly… whatsoever?", he snapped.
"Crowley", replied the demon. "And this might increase your income on practicing material considerably. Sir."
Balaam nearly knocked himself out, one head chuckling while the other two looked at each other incredulously.
Demons nowadays. Neither the passion nor the skills to run a business like this.
