E/O Drabble Challenge: toothbrush. Plus, a shout out to one of my favorite authors.

Hearing his phone beep, Dean picked it up and read Sam's text. "I believe her," it said.
Angry and not ready to reply yet, Dean threw the phone onto the bed and went into the bathroom. He picked up his toothbrush, and began brushing. He heard beeps from his phone again; ignored it. He brushed a little harder than necessary, then spat into the sink and dropped the toothbrush onto the counter.
Returning to the bedroom, he picked up the phone and read Sam's newer text. "See it Thru Terry's Eyes," it said.
"Dammit, Sam!" Dean yelled, grabbing his keys.
