My friends are my powers
I remember the days with my two best friends, sitting on the crooked tree, staring at the sunset. Laughing like there is no care in the world, waiting for the day to leave the safety of the island we called home. We hope to see so many things, instead of being confined to such a small place. Every time we looked up at the sky, we dream of everyone looking up at the same sky, knowing we all reside under the same one, in the same universe.
We got our wish of traveling to other worlds, when the dream turn into a nightmare that took away our island. Darkness separated the three of us, while I went on a search for both, while gaining new friends in the process with my new key. One of my best friends turn to darkness for power and envy, while the other had her heart reside in me. Went on a long journey, sealing keyholes with my Kingdom Key, while trying to fight back the darkness with my magic and shield beside me. Ran into my best friends along the way, fighting with the one that was consumed by darkness, who was trying to protect the one we both care about.
For a short time, I was on my knees, with the key lost to me with my darkness friend, mocking me as he leaves with my shield and magic. I felt like giving up, but my heart knew I could save them and knew that no one is leaving me because they really want to. I took up my wooden sword, and made my way back to get my key along with my shield and magic. Fighting occured, where I decided to set my heart free, so my best friend can gain hers back. I vanish from the light realm, falling into the darkness, knowing I did the right thing as everything about myself start to slip away. I heard her voice that calls me back, and I got back to my living lighthearted self.
The journey was coming to an end, as the end of the world appeared, as me and my friends got to go defeat the mastermind of behind the darkness, as I shouted that Kingdom Hearts was light. She ends back on to the islands, waiting for me, as I promised I will come back to her. My friends and I closed the door on our side, as my best friend and the king locked it on the darkness side. Continued search as promise was being kept in my heart.
