Ikuto's P.O.V.

She knocked me off my feet onto the floor.

"Ikuto I'm sorry, please... Please.."

I hug Amu, "I'm sorry. I've decided, and I choose Rima."

I look in her eyes, her golden honey eyes. Tears began to form.

"Ikuto-"

"Please get off of me. You're supposed to be Rima's best friend. You are the Maid of Honor after all. What ever it was we had before is the past."

I put my hand on her cheek to comfort her. She places her small hand over mine. Her lips shaking, probably holding back whimpers.

Retracting my hand I turn away. I go to the my place at the end of the aisle. Waiting for Rima to come down. It's so funny, I used to have dreams of Amu here instead.

But life is so crazy, here Rima is. The love of my life.

2 Months before:

"I'm so sorry, I've decided and..."

"I understand..."

"Ikuto."

"It's fine, I'm fine. I knew all along." I smile and begin to walk away.

She is one of the smartest youngsters I've met. She doesn't know how lonely I have been. I thought her of all people would understand. That maybe she could see me for who I really am. I guess - no, I know now I was wrong. My luck is always turning. I always let it take me where ever it pleases. I'm just a feral black cat. Living off of luck.

Speed up to later on in the day. I'm in the mall talking with Rima. We've decided to meet up. Surprisingly she and I click quite well. We spoke only briefly a few times, but seeing as her and I care deeply about Amu we decided we were on the same side... Essentially. We stare at each other in silence...

"What?" I prodded at the suddenly silent girl.

"What do you mean: What?" Her small voice said sharply at me.

"Forget it." I turned away.

This conversation was not going the way I wanted it to.

"Don't be so mad. It wasn't completely your fault." I'm sure she had tried to comfort me by saying that, but words don't really help at this point.

"I thought she knew how I felt... She didn't feel the same way about me, though." I began to explain.

"That doesn't mea-"

"I always teased her. She didn't like it... and I guess she took it seriously."

"Too serious huh?... She does complain how annoying you areee..."

"What?" My focus turned back at her again.

She turns, closing her eyes. "Yea, she says she gets MAJOR headaches from you."

There was a silence once again between the two of us. She opened one eye to look at me and she burst out laughing.

"That was all a lie?" Could this girl get more irritating?

"Noo..." She tried to hold in her laughter.

"You looked so desperate to find out more about Amu."

"Oh.."

"...It's so cute.." Rima said softly. She smiled so brightly at me. I tried to avoid looking at her adorable smile. I can feel my face turn a little red.

"Whatever..." I mumble.

"I caught you~." She poked at me.

"Caught me what?" I jerked.

"Blushing, duh." She got up from her seat and hugged me. Her small body clung tightly to me. "You're so cute." She whispered.

A couple of people walked by, "aww look, siblings that are so close-WHY CAN'T YOU BE LIKE THAT?"

She was glomping on me and it was making me blush. Now I know how Amu felt when I glomped her. I pulled her away, kissed her on the forehead and said:

"Thank you for... whatever this was. I definitely feel better."

She giggled, "I did my best."

When I think back to that, only one thing comes to mind: When one door closes, another opens.

Another beautiful adventure, and there Rima was waiting to experience it with me.

"What are you smiling about, perv?" She joked.

"Wondering how you ended up with such a cute face, when you've got such an attitude."

Rima laughed, "Call me tonight, I have to go." She stood up and walked away.

I couldn't help but watch her go.

RIMA'S P.O.V.

"Amu, do you have a head ache today?" I asked.

"Not really. It feels kinda weird to not have a head ache from Ikuto." She scratched her head.

"That means you like him.." I sipped some of my tea...

"No, it doesn't. I absolutely like Tadase over some bothersome punk..."

"Then what do you want me to do with him?"

"Keep him busy so I can think for a while." Amu yawned.

"Okay I don't mind" I could feel my playful grin form on my cheeks. I couldn't hold it back.

"What's up with you?" Nagihiko asked, having just arrive to the garden.

At one point wee both had a crush on one another... Things just seemed to be at a constant stand still, though.

"I'm going out with Ikuto Tsukiyomi" I lied, curious to see if I could get a rise out of him.

Nagihiko scratched the back of his head and held back the jealousy, I could definitely see it. "Liar, you think you're so good at jokes."

"Of course I am a liar, and a great comedian. But I AM planning a date with him." I sipped some more tea.

Ever since we were at that park he feels like he has the right to love me.

Kukai comes in and pats my head, "Hey, how you doing, Queen?"

"Don't touch my head." I snap.

"Sooo anything new?" Kukai asked.

"Rima got herself a boyfriend." Nagihiko replied with a twitching eye.

"Hehe" I smirk.
