Pink frosting covered their lips as they shared the delicious treat; a sweet cupcake made by Kiki's mother. It was packed dutifully in her lunch box meant for only one, but it would be just rude to torture him that way.
So they found their place on the swings and rocked gently back and forth, silently enjoying the nice day. It was lunchtime for the academy students, and in their case, they were being quite rebellious by slipping out of view of their chaperone. It was a new feeling. She was the good girl. He was the rebel. And they'd only recently noticed each other. But she'd follow that boy anywhere.
Obito caught her looking his way, and while her cheeks turned red, he flashed her a bright smile.
In the distance they could hear the bell ringing. It was time to head back to class. She went to stand up, but he took her hand; so she sat. He offered her the last piece of cupcake, which she accepted, and they went on swinging slowly back and forth, fingers intertwined until the last of the other students were gone.

*A.N. - Short and sweet. I really like it, because I really like Obito. I wish I had more ideas for him. He's such a good character.
