IMPORTANT; I HAVENT SEEN INFINITY WARS OR ENDGAME.

Hey guys, this is my interpretation of the battle in the movie(that I haven't seen). I'm planning on writing a trilogy that will lead to a final battle with a variation of this final. I hope you guys enjoy and please review, I would really like to know what you think and it will help me write even better. Thanks.

Disclaimer: I own nothing except the plot.

Percy growled as he sized up the Titan Thanos. The big purple bastard stood among the carnage he gleefully wrought, golden fist gleaming with all six infinity stones. Percy had been fighting for hours, defeating the Black Order and finally making his way towards the bastard that caused so much death and devastation. He had already done away with Vision, prying the mind stone from his skull. Leaving his husk sprawled across the barren field.

Thanos was formidable, he knew that. Before he had collected the stones he was already stronger than the giants in the mythological world. Not quite at primordial level but definitely up there. He knew this would be the toughest fight of his life, but he knew that the world would stand together till they fall. That was something he found ironic, humans are always at each other's throats, but throw a rampaging world-destroying alien with a bedazzled fist into the mix and suddenly they can cooperate.

Charging towards the towering figure he observed the titan, watching how he reacts.

Thanos watched him approach patiently, confident in his abilities to be able to fend off this pest.

Assuming his godly form he grew to fifteen feet tall, his godly speed and agility kicking in as he delivered a devastating right hook to Thanos' face, only to pass right through. He paused confused but on guard.

A kick to his ribs sent him flying as the Titan appeared, amusement clear as he observed the downed god who was already on his feet. "Naïve godling, I have transcended even the primordials themselves with these stones. You stand no chance, this is just a taste of what the reality stone can do. Stand aside and watch as your world burns." Thanos gloated, casually leaning against a burning building.

Growling he used his earth shaker powers to destabilize Thanos before shooting forward with a flurry of strikes, delivering punishing blows and slashes to his limbs and abdomens. Once again, the illusion puttered out of existence. Thanos stood off to the side, shaking his head sadly "Pity, you had so much potential. You could have been a part of the new world I will form from the ashes of this one. One without hunger, as there will be enough for whose left." Flaring his power Thanos used the Power stone, Reality stone and Mind stone to create cloned duplicates of himself. Each exuding power, each one absolute in their loyalty to their creator and each having been given the mission of destroying the godling.

Relaxing against the building he observed as his creations closed in on the godling, this being was of interest to Thanos that was for sure. He had heard a rumour from his Black Order of a powerful being that shed his mortal skin without the aid of the gods. When scouting earth they had discovered the mythological world on their scanners and began researching immediately discovering the achievements Thanos originally wanted to recruit him if at all possible but an in-depth look at the object of his fascination and he discovered his loyalty and emotional power. He knew that if he kidnapped one of Percy' friends to control him that it wouldn't end well for the titan, nor goading. If he made Percy too emotional, he will only benefit the mortals as he is at his best when he is his most angry.

Percy observed the enclosing creations with apprehension, there were five of them and closing in fast. Seeing in the coming fists he rolled to the side, grabbing one of the purple hands he wrenched with all his might, straining against the bulk. With a heave, the purple figure was thrown across the clearing, impacting heavily against the mountain. But he wasn't done, dodging another blow he lashed out with his sword. His blade leaving a deep gash in his purple limb, the clone didn't seem to notice as Percy dodged another blow. Dropping down he performed a leg sweep, dropping one of another clone before leashing out with Riptide. His blade sinking through the flesh, straight through the heart. When that didn't seem to have an effect he lashed out with his blade again, this time severing the cloned titans head. This time the titan faded from existence.

Giant hands grabbed him from behind, restraining his arms as the others took turns pummelling his exposed abdomen.

Seeing he was in trouble Spider-man appeared his suit in tattered rags and breathing heavily. But that didn't stop him from unleashing his webs upon his enemies. Launching into the air he shot a web line at a clones head, launching himself towards Percy's captor. His heel collided with its face, shattering the clones nose and forcing it to release him. The clone landed heavily on its back with Spider-man still perched on its head, while dazed Spider-man unleashed web fluid upon the clones limbs to bind them together and keep it out of the fight.

Jumping in to the air once more he signalled Percy and working on instinct Percy raised his shield in time to catch Spider-mans line and swing with all his strength, twisting round in a circle and allowing Spiderman to deliver a devastating double blow to the other clones as both heels collided with the side of their purple heads. While in mid-air he attached himself to a wall and aiming at one of their feet shot a line, yanking with all his might his managed to cocoon another clone in his webs before leaving it hanging from the wall.

Using his webs once more, he launched himself at the fourth titan while Percy handled the fifth clone. Flying through the air he connected his knee against the Titans' jaw, satisfied when he heard a distinctive crack. Dropping to the floor he slid through the clones legs before attaching webs to the back of the Titans head and wrenching it off its feet. Webbing this one up as well he turned to see Percy dispatching the bound clones, having already dealt with the fifth Titan.

A slow, deliberate clap drew their attention. Turning they saw the real Thanos watching with amusement "Very impressive, I must say. You, earthlings, are much more impressive than you seem, but no matter. Those clones were a cheap knock off, hardly worthy of carrying my resemblance."

Sick of his villainous monologue, which bad guys always seem to have. He cast a web, not a line but just a simple web. It was so unexpected that Thanos momentarily looked startled when it covered his mouth, cutting off his speech. Thanos cast Spiderman an annoyed look while Percy snorted.

This time casting a line, he swung into the air. Aiming a line at Thanos he didn't expect for the titan to catch his line, swinging his arm around in a wide circle before releasing. Spiderman tumbled as he sprawled along the ground. Jumping to his feet he attached a line to Thanos's abdomen and pulling himself through the air towards the titan. Connecting with a spin kick to Thanos's jaw at the same time as Percy used his sword to slice through his arteries, causing the Titan to stagger and fall to one knee.

"ENOUGH." Thanos boomed, a shockwave of power exuding from his gauntlet as they were thrown from him. Thanos activated the Time stone, speeding up time around him as his wounds rapidly healed.

Launching at him once more he shot two lines on either side of the Titan before flying towards him, attempting to hit his abdomen. Before he could connect Thanos grabbed him by his legs while spinning to avoid Percy's attack, lashing out with his massive leg he connected with the god's side sending him sprawling. With a jarring crash, Thanos slammed him upon the ground. Lifting a nearby boulder he attempted to crush the bug, but Spiderman flung out a quick web to the side and pulled himself out of the way.

Using his powers, Percy lashed out with the water nearby. Wrapping around Thanos's shoulders he pulled the mad Titan from his feet and slammed him to the ground head first.

Chuckling, Thanos stumbled upright. Never had he received such resistance, no planet before had ever been so formidable to be able to defeat the Black Order and hold him at bay. It would be so satisfying when he inevitably won. Charging at the godling Percy met him halfway, trading blows and devastating impacts. Thanos activated the power stone, lashing out with a right hook.

Percy ducked, delivering his own blow to the exposed midriff of the Titan.

Swinging around, Spiderman attached his webs to Thanos's legs. Causing Percy to be forced to jump as he used his momentum to coil his webs around Thanos's legs. Getting in close, he delivered a harsh spinning kick while the Hulk and the other Avengers who had been occupied till now closed in. The Hulk proceeded to -after a glare at Percy- hurl broken pieces of buildings upon the downed form of the Titan. Iron man unloaded concentrated blasts of energy, his suit sparking from the damage sustained in the battle. Captain America was directing traffic and protecting his team from the rest of the minions, his upgraded shield doing wonders to repel the forces. Thor himself was striking Thanos with purely concentrated lightning, his power dwarfing Iron man's meagre blasts.

Each blast singed the Titans armour and he realized he may be out of his depth. With a cry of rage a blast of pure unadulterated power rolled off him, blasting them back. The heroes lay scattered upon the floor, struggling to rise as Thanos rose slowly to his feet.

Thanos saw Captain America rising from the ground defiantly. Unleashing a brutal punch upon the Captain who blocked it with his vibranium shield Steve grimaced as he skids harshly across the ground. His shield glowing a light purple colour and he grinned, racing to his feet he engaged the titan once more. Dodging under Thanos's skilled strikes and delivering his own he raised his glowing shield to block a devastating kick from Thanos.

When Thanos connected with the shield a second time he was shocked to have been sent flying. His leg shooting away from the shield, careening from the offending object and actually kicking him in the face. His leg stretching far beyond what it is capable of as he skidded away from the triumphant captain.

While his leg was near his head Spiderman tried to web them together, luckily, he managed to turn his body in time to avoid such an embarrassing fate. However, when he turned, he met the fist of the great green behemoth Hulk.

Launching a right hook he was shocked to see the dullard Hulk duck under his blow before grabbing both his wrist and arm before performing a shoulder flip. The air was knocked from his lungs as he collided painfully with the ground.

Activating the real stone and time stone he created a plethora of minions to keep them busy, catching his breath while the heroes dealt with his illusion self. He didn't see the god of lightning weapon sailing towards him till it was too late.

Thor, having grown used to his brother's tricks realized this was a mere illusion. Put up to keep them occupied, notifying his comrades he spun around searching the area. Seeing a minute shimmer, only distinguishable upon his enhanced searching gaze. Hurling his hammer he felt great satisfaction upon hearing it thwack his foe.

Percy's eyes scanned the area, he must find Thanos and end this. He couldn't allow more people to die, too many had already.

Seeing Thor's hammer connect, he joined the fray as they descended on the Titan. Summoning ice spears he began hurtling them at Thanos, hoping to impale him. Condensing the moisture in the air he hid within the particles, slowly prowling around the besieged Titan who was somehow holding his own against so many foes.

Thanos batted aside Thor's hammer with his gauntlet while ducking under Spiderman's swing. Grabbing the bugs webs on the way past, he swung him around before launching him at the wizard. Said wizard hastily cast a charm that slowed down the spider before continuing his onslaught of spells aimed at him. Seeing a particularly nastily curse coming his way he deflected one of the Captains attacks, destabilizing him and allowing for Thanos to shove him into the path of the spell. Going into a role he dodged Iron man's blasts, grabbing the red-haired beauty he through her at the man of iron. Knocking them both from the sky as Tony attempted to catch Natasha.

Dodging a particularly vicious swipe from Hulk he leaned back to avoid his right swing before delivering his own to his exposed shoulder. He followed that with a devastating kick, having enabled the power stone his kick sent the behemoth crashing through his allies.

He was just beginning to wonder where the pesky god had disappeared too when he felt a sharp spike of pain from his right side. It felt like his side was on fire, pain crawled their way through his flesh as dread settled in his stomach.

Thanos roared in rage as he saw his severed arm bearing the infinity stones fall to the ground. In his fury, he grabbed the time stone and forcefully implanted it in his helmet. The reaction happened immediately, his body began with a light glow but before long he was encased in a bright green glow. The colour of the Time Stone they realized. A great booming laugh erupted from the depths of this blinding light.

The colour faded away and they all took an involuntary step back as Thanos stood- no floated before them. The Time stone had melded with his helmet, using his body as its vessel to establish more power. Due to the stones affects Thanos's arm had reattached itself and he seemed stronger than ever.

Captain America was the first to react, hurtling his shield towards the Titan defiantly he was shocked when Thanos with a negligent flick of his fingers sent the shield straight back at the super soldier. Steve dived out of the way before activating the electromagnet in his glove and summoning his shield back to him.

Spiderman was next, shooting webs at Thanos. Thanos saw them coming and froze time around them, not counting on Spiderman using the frozen webs to pull himself through the air. Twisting his body into a spinning kick as he curved through the air, descending towards the powerful Titan. Before he could connect though Thanos left him suspended in mid-air, unable to move as time was paused around him.

Percy summoned his power and launched gallons of water in Thanos's direction but he merely paused the water's progress before increasing the evaporation process. Percy's hastily summoned lake evaporating in the harsh sunlight, watching as the mist blew away in the wind.

"BEHOLD, MY POWER. You stand no chance earthlings, you had your chance. Now, you will die beneath my boot." Thanos boasted but staggered when he was struck by harsh green light.

Harry's mind raced, how do you defeat such an enemy as this? He watched as their every attack were decimated by Thanos's overwhelming power, everything they can throw at him is blocked somehow. Wait… Blocked? There is one spell he knows that can't be stopped, something constricted in his chest. Could he do it? He looked around, he observed the death and destruction. The carnage this being has wrought and the promise he has made of far worse than this. He had to do it, for the 'greater good' as his old mentor would say. This may very well be the only way to save his friends, to save everybody.

Swishing his wand he channelled all his anger, frustration and grief. Letting it build up into a crescendo before releasing his magic in an angry green light "Avada Kedavra." He watched in morbid fascination as the curse slowed momentarily as Thanos lazily attempted to stop the light, not knowing what it truly entailed. As it finally broke through the hindrance and collided with Thanos he thought it was over.

When the light struck Thanos, he stumbled and fell to the ground. He lay there for a few moments as hope rose within Harry before he finally moved. Harrys hope deflated as Thanos struggled to pull himself to his feet, the Titan let out a strangled laugh and eyed him with new interest.

"I haven't felt a rush like that in years. Soul magic huh, very interesting." Thanos boomed, still amused even as he attempted to shrug off the fatigue that the spell left him. He raised his gauntlet for Harry to see, the orange stone that Harry vaguely remembered as the soul stone was glowing brightly as it absorbs the last remnants of the killing curse making it glow green momentarily.

Around them his comrades stood frozen, time paused around them as Thanos focussed upon Harry. Though he was sure he could see Percy fighting the effects off, he vaguely remembered something about a time lord or something when Percy was recounting his past so he must have experience with this type of thing.

Dodging to the side Harry avoided the spear thrown at him by the Titan, having regrown his arm he had also reclaimed the other stones.

Using the reality stone Thanos was creating spear after spear, tossing them in his direction. He was toying with him, Harry realized. Coming up with a plan he began returning fire with banishing charms, tickling hexes, leg lock jinks. Anything he could think of. But hidden within the mundane spells he added a special spell that would reduce the integrity of the gauntlet.

Thanos was getting slightly frustrated with this human, his original spell had intrigued him. But since then he had descended into useless spells that did nothing but agitate him.

Spears sailed through the air at insane speeds, so fast and filled with so many that Harry was forced to use the Elder Wand to vanish the spears. Slowly during the fight more and more spears had been appearing because every time he sent one back at Thanos, it was stopped in mid-air and came hurtling back at him.

With a roar of pain, Thanos looked down to see the godlings sword embedded in his calf, apparently, the pesky god had fought from the grips of being frozen. Something that under normal circumstances would have impressed the Titan. His moment of distraction was enough for Harry who capitalized.

With distinctive thuds, the countless spears that had been sailing through the air collided with Thanos. Some embedded themselves in the titan while others merely delivered a painful blow. Either way, he lost his control over time and the heroes were free. With a roar, the Hulk launched towards the downed Thanos. Grabbing him by the foot the Hulk swung, slamming the purple titan to the ground before marching towards his head. Pummelling Thanos with devastating rage Hulk gripped the Titans helmet, with a roar the Hulk pulled the helmet containing the time stone from his crown. Discarding the object which was picked up by Percy, the Hulk continued his assault. Dealing crushing blows to his abdomen. With a two-fisted smash, Hulk assaulted the gauntlet, recognizing a threat.

The metal -weakened by Harry's spells- broke apart beneath Hulks assault.

Separated from the soul stone Harry took a deep breath, knowing he needed to end this now. Aiming his wand "Avada Kedavra." The green light flew through the air, Thanos's eyes snapped open and with speed befitting a man in better condition than he dodged the spell. Harry cursed as Thanos fought like a cornered animal, without the power of the stones he was spitting mad. Mad that they had stolen them from him.

Percy jammed the time stone into the side of his blade, Riptide being part Celestial Bronze and part mortal steel accepted the power and channelled it through the blade. Slowing time he attacked, everything seemed to be moving in slow motion. Moving forward he ducked under Thanos's punch while lashing out with his sword at every available piece of flesh. In the space of five seconds, Thanos's body was littered with gouges and wounds. Snatching the power stone he attacked it to the other side of his blade before activating that as well. The power was immense, his blood singed as the power flowed through his veins.

Attacking again he severed the Titans vital tendons before ducking in front of his and burying his blade to the hilt in his abdomen.

The titan lay on the ground gasping for breath when a green light granted him mercy. He didn't deserve a quick death but the universe was a safer place without him.

Completed.
