Toph ran down the hallway to her room, her eyes stung as the tears started to fall down her cheeks. She slammed the door and built an earth tent in the middle of the room. She knew that he would come inside even if she said not to, this way she was safe from that jerk. It was about a whole 45 seconds before the idiot was knocking on her tent.
"Toph. Please, I didn't mean to-"
"Shut up, Sokka. I don't wanna hear it right now. We both know you're not really sorry."
"That's not true! Please forgive me."
Toph turned her head and attempted to roll her eyes. She really wished he had saw that. "Pfft. Yeah right." She muttered
"Toph." He turned his voice down to a whisper. "You know that I love you, and I wouldn't do anything to hurt you, at least not on purpose."
"So you're trying to tell me what you did was a total accident and that you're sorry?" She made it clear that she was annoyed when she said that, she also added anger and sarcasm.
"Exactly!"
"You expect me to believe that!"
Toph considered taking down her earth tent. She almost felt bad for him, even though what he did was a horrible act of betrayal. She decided against it. He would probably make a move on her and try to touch her or say some sappy love thing and pull her bangs behind her ear like he always did. That would probably result in him being thrown through the roof right now.
She tried to pretend he wasn't there, but the obnoxious apologizes didn't stop, and the more she ignored him, the louder he got.
"Tooooph! I didn't mean to I swear!"
"ENOUGH!" Toph couldn't take it anymore. He was being such a hypocrite. Every word that came out of his mouth made Toph angry.
"YOU KNOW THAT WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG BUT YOU STILL DID IT. YOU BETRAYED ME, SOKKA! AND YOU DID IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME." More tears started coming. "If you really loved me then why did you do it."
"FOR CRYING OUT LOUD TOPH I DIDNT MEAN TO EAT YOUR ICE CREAM CONE!"
