Shadow Temple

By: Ersiffa Narman

Let me tell you a tale of misfortune and greed

O, traveler, hear my plea!

I am a lost soldier

I long to be free of this place

I didn't want to die in disgrace

Oh, goddesses, please save me!

Let me tell you a tale of misfortune and greed

O, traveler, here my plea!

I am a lost little boy

I want to be with my parents

And hold and love my dearest

Oh, Din, please help me!

Let me tell you a tale of misfortune and greed

O, traveler, hear my plea!

I am the princess of Hyrule

I wish to be free from these chains

And feel the morning

Who is the demon who breaks me?

You haven't turned your back yet?

That's amazing; you're strong, I bet

Will you be the one to free us?

To save us from the demon

You must destroy the eye of the demon

Don't be overcome by regret

You have defeated the evil one!

We are glad he's gone

Now we can leave

Thank you for your good deeds

They have canceled out years of greed

I hope your mission is a safe one!

Link turned from the temple

Feeling pounding in his temple

It was overwhelming

He had saved all the souls

Making the graveyard whole

He felt good, a lone tear of joy trickled

The Shadow Temple is no longer there

It disappeared from history's wear

Erased forever

The souls are still safe

Close the drapes

Good night, have no fears
