I have finally stopped lurking and posted a story!!!

Kaname was lounging on his couch mulling over Yuki's request to leave Zero in the day class. A knock on the door distracted him and he tersely answered, "Come in." Aido entered carrying a single wineglass.
He bowed over the glass and said "Kaname-sama, I am sorry about my earlier actions." He then proceeded to ruin the solemnity of the moment by adding. "And I brought you a snack!" Kaname could practically see the hearts and sparkles surrounding the statement.
Kaname smiled slightly. Because he had been so focused on the Zero problem, he had relegated Aido's action to the back of his mind. Also, he knew that Aido had been sufficiently chastened and had decided not to press the matter.
"Thank-you, Aido." Aido smiled slightly, placed the glass next to Kaname, and left the room.
Kaname thought about the Zero problem a little longer. If he had not been so focused on the subject, Kaname would have noticed that Aido's scent after he left was a little stronger than it should have been. It took Kaname a second after he took a sip to realize that the blood-tablet tasted differently.
When he realized that Aido had put some of his own blood into the glass, he chuckled quietly at the unique apology.
Kaname leaned back, cleared his mind, and enjoyed the Aido-laced glass of wine.
