A Ball was coming up; Saya didn't like to call it a ball though. Joel called it that. The word ball reminded her of something of a fairytale. She thought of it as a formal gathering. It was going to be held by a man named Solomon Goldsmith. She had recalled hearing his name before but she wasn't so sure. Joel didn't say why the ball was going to be held; he just said they were going to go. Saya didn't know what to wear. She sat thinking about tomorrow night while blankly brushing her hair on her bed.

She heard a door open then close. Then Saya heard Haji calling for her. She stood up and followed the sound of Haji's voice. She saw him standing by the door holding something in his right hand. She stared at his hand. Saya kept staring looking intrigued. Haji looked down at his hand, held it out to her, and dropped a small object in her hand. "What is it? " She asked him. "A new cameo like you wanted." "Oh … So that's where you went. Tell me when you leave, alright?" Haji nodded once. Saya sat the cameo on her desk, not taking more than a single glance to examine it. "Saya," Saya faced Haji,"Joel told me to give you this." Haji handed her a small photo. She turned away from him and looked at the photo. The picture was of a blonde haired man, smiling. Saya smiled back even though it was just a photo. She started to giggle as her face turned red. "Saya …?" Saya stopped and tossed the photo on her desk. "Y-yes? Yes?" She turned around. Haji looked at her funny and then left the room.

"Wait! Where are you going? I don't know what to wear for tomorrow! Or how I'm going to do my hair! … Hey wait!" Saya followed Haji out of the room. "Don't ignore me!" She grabbed his shoulder. Haji sighed and followed her back to her room.
