A Heart's Lake
My hearts lake is brimmed
With my own tears
My fears
And my dreams
I know what I must do
You need to defeat the Fire Lord
I need to help you get there
But I need you even more
I wish I could just come out and say it
I want you to know
That it breaks my heart more and more
That my heart's lake turns to ice
Yet I follow you
So if one day I tell you
I won't have to second guess
Because you'll be right there in front of me
Yet my fate is to continue living
In all this dismay
Because you are the Avatar
Master of all four elements
But oddly for that reason
I'll fight to the end
You'll save us all
And maybe we'll ease our own sufferings
Together at the beginning
And together in the end
Whatever happens
Our being has no end
