A walk in Diamond City

Eugene was walking the streets of Diamond City. He just had a chat with his brother Wario Wario about some possible microgames. Wanting a change of scenery, Eugene took a side-alley while going back to the subway station. Halfway through the alley, he heard a voice.
"Hello there, how are you doing?"
Eugene was surprised and responded cautiously, knowing that gangs roamed the streets of Diamond City. "I am doing well Mr...?"
"Just call me K.K. I meant no harm. I just wanted to ask you a question."
"Something other than how I am doing?'"
"Yes, exactly, what stories do you contain in your head Mr...?"
"Just call me The Good Wario, and I do have a story if you want to hear it."
"September fifth. It was my third day at Cocoon Academy. Me and my brother Wario were talking about our first impressions of our teachers.
I really enjoy Mr. Dragmire's class, what did you think of Toadsworth?' asked my brother.
'Well, it would seem that she is partially related to peach."
K. K. giggled because he knew about Peaches right hand man.
"Wario, we do have gym next block right?' I asked my brother.
'Yea, gym with Mr...' The bell cut off Wario's final word and we both went to gym. I had been recently connected with doing good things for all kinds of people in all kinds of situations. For example, Eario was fixing a toilet leak and for some reason he couldn't turn off the tap. To help stop the leak, I took off my underwear and used it to block the leak until Eario finally turned off the water. I would have gotten in a little bit of trouble for indecent exposure but due to the circumstances, I was okay. My pants felt quite squishy in the private area for the rest of the day though. Any way we had gym with Mr. Cutoff and when we all went to our lockers; a scream came from the girl's room.
'SOME ONE STOLE MY UNDERWEAR AND BRA!' Peach yelled, along with similar comments from the other females. Mr. Cutoff stormed into the room and saw the commotion. He then spotted a piece of a green jersey.
'LUIGI!' Yelled Mr. Cutoff. 'COME IN HERE!' A frightened Luigi entered the locker room. 'Is this yours?' Cutoff asked, waving the rag.
'Y...yes...' Luigi answered.
'Did you do this?' Mr. Cutoff asked. Luigi was about to reply when Mr. Cutoff spoke again. 'You know that the penalty for entering a restricted area and theft combined is EXPULSION!'
'Yes...but...but' Luigi whimpered 'but...but'
'I did it Mr. Cutoff!' I stated. 'I'm the guilty man. I stole the Panties and put them into Luigi's locker. I thought it would be funny yet I didn't know the punishment for the crime. I'm sorry'. I was then dragged by the ear to Headmaster Hand's office when I was in school suspended for the period. While getting on the bus, I saw Luigi.
'Why did you decide to take the blame?' Luigi asked.
'It was the only way to prevent you from getting expelled. I knew that you wouldn't do such a thing but Cutoff wouldn't have believed you.'
When I got home I told my parents the whole story. They understood what happened and pitied me. They then started looking for other schools that I could go to. Luigi and I became good friends although we only met on weekends. Wario constantly kept me up to date on school happenings. That is one of the main factors of my Plumbership."
"Nice story Eugene." K.K. said and smiled when he said The Good Wario's real name. "I'd love to tell you one that I heard but I got to get to work."
"Okay then... Kevin Koopa. See you at Prism"
That night, Kevin saw The Good Wario, or GW to keep things simple, at Prism. They talked about what they heard in a sound-proof room behind a record shelf. Looks like Eugene has another friend other than Luigi...
