"Hurry up Sokka!" Katara yelled. Sokka didn't get up from his bed.
Katara walked over to him and then . . .*SLAP*! She slapped him across the face. Hard.
"OWWWWWW!" Sokka yelped in pain. "What the hell was THAT for?" he winced.
"We are late for school! Its 8:20 you idiot! School started 10 minutes ago"
She looked down at Sokka. "You're not even dressed yet! God! I'm leaving, I'll walk to
school, its not that far. There is no way I'm going to wait here for you to get ready,
unless I want to miss my first day." Katara decided. She picked up her backpack and
slammed the door shut on her way out. "Stupid meat loving, lazy, good for nothing . . ."
she muttered hash truths about Sokka all the way to school. Katara was a perfectionist,
she couldn't let herself make anything, but 100 on school tests. She didn't let herself miss
a single day of school. And she most certainly could not be LATE to school on her first
day. "Toph, Suki, and Yue must already be there by now. Well, except for Toph, she's
going to late as usual probably" Katara thought. Toph was a trouble maker, a rebel. She didn't like to
listen to rules and did things the way she wanted to. How she and Katara ended up as best
friends is a mystery to a lot kids at Ember High. Suki was going out with Sokka
lately. Which wouldn't be so troublesome if Yue didn't have a crush on Sokka.
So now Yue was giving Suki the cold shoulder, but Suki has no idea why.
How those two pretty girls could like Sokka, was beyond Katara.
"Well, here I am" Katara though as she entered Ember High. It was too bad that future Katara couldnt
go back in time to warn herself of the suffering Ember High was going to enflict on her.
