The 143 line is slang for I (1) love (4) you (3). As for "reeding," the 'reed' part is the last name of a football player who gave a motivating speech at halftime of a game. Some of his words from that speech are in this poem.

Its not as if I was tokin
My methods are not morally repugnant.
They touch women's lines, affect their cores,
A method of verbal seduction, sensually appropriate.
My subconscious told me to impale my fear
So I rose up, dominated,
Told her all my good points
I sold my ass, but she wasn't buying
What? Nearly a yearlong trip?
Should I even bother trying?
I'm a stallion, a Greek god, a gorilla,
and a slab with the right thickness.
I can play ball without going hitless
I know I'm not perfect;
I fumbled at the 143 yard line AGAIN.
A great drive ended up worthless
I'm hurt, so don't ask me
if I'm alright; I was lead on.

Now I'm reeding
Old wounds are reopened,
torrentially bleeding
I put my heart into that shit
