Chapter 1: Love at first sight?
"RONALD WEASLEY! IF YOU DON'T GET OUT OF THAT ROOM IN 5 MINUTES WE ARE LEAVING WITHOUT YOU!" yelled Mrs. Weasley.
He hurriedly collected his wizards chess pieces and through them into his bag of clothes and what not. He was leaving the Burrow where he lived and going to 12 Grimmauld Place. That was the meeting place of the Order of the Phoenix, which his parents were a part of. He was about to leave when he noticed a picture of him and his girlfriend Hermione Granger on his night stand, he stared at it for a few seconds, put it in his pocket and ran down the stairs ready to leave.
When he got down he noticed only his mom and dad were by the fireplace.
"Your brothers and sister left already, and we would have too if you came down any later! Now go along!"
His mom held out the bag of Floo Powder, Ron took a handful, stood in the fireplace and shouted "12 Grimmauld Place!"
A few seconds later he was there along with his brothers Fred and George and his little sister Ginny. About a minute after he got there the front door flew open and Sirius Black was walking in with Ron's best friend, Harry Potter, behind him. Harry walked over to Ron, they talked for a few minutes about their summers so far and then decided to go upstairs to their room and unpack.
"So how's Hermione?" asked Harry, with a slight grin on his face.
"She's on a farm with her parents, she said she might come down here towards the end of the summer" said Ron.
He had started going out with Hermione at the beginning of 5th year, everyone knew it was bound to happen at some point.
"I gotta say Ron your sister is getting better looking every year," said Harry smiling.
"Dude, don't ever say that to me again!" said Ron.
It freaked him out whenever Harry showed attraction to his baby sister. Harry laughed.
"Hey do you hear that?" asked Ron. He could hear music playing somewhere.
"Yea, it must be coming from next door, I hear this song everyday on the radio" said Harry casually.
"Let's go check it out." said Ron. "Why?" asked Harry.
"I don't know, its something to do." said Ron, "Not like spying on the Order is going to do us any good."
They walked outside, but just then the music stopped. Seconds later a girl with long curly brown hair and bright blue eyes walked out. Ron and Harry stood in front of the house staring and ogling at her, Harry could have sworn he saw Ron drool. She turned toward them, smiled sweetly and walked down the block. They were still staring, until she was totally out of sight. Just then Harry slapped Ron in the back of the head.
"Owwww! What was that for?" asked Ron rubbing his head.
"You have Hermione, you shouldn't be staring at a girl like that." said Harry with a disapproving look on his face. Then Harry sat on the curb.
"Come on, lets go back inside. Maybe Fred and George heard something." said Ron, but Harry didn't move.
"You go ahead, I'm waiting here till she comes back."
