Story Idea and My offer of being a BETA

I have posted an idea that's been in my head but is out of my talent range, maybe a better writer than me can do something with it. And for current writers I am also offering BETA services in exchange for your wonderful work. M rating 'cause I like citrus

IF YOU ARE AN AUTHOR/WRITER AT LEAST READ THE LAST PARAGRAPH

Title: Rise from the Ashes (I like it, but you use whatever you want, just an idea)

Summary: Naruto is among a group of immortals who age and die, but—much like a phoenix—are reborn into a new life with some generic likeness (whisker-marks, pale eyes, bowl-cut and bushy eyebrows, etc.). There is one BIG perk to this, namely the transference of knowledge and skill from one life to the next. Their purpose is to watch over civilization to keep things under control and maintain the balance. Naru/??(can be virtually anyone, but I would prefer a character at least BASED on one of the Naruto world female characters, or femHaku 'cause we all know he was a she when the creator made the character, or at least you do now)

Other pairings: ??/?? (like I said, they transcend time and space so the other characters/scenarios/group members/settings and pairings are all pretty much up for grabs) Can be set in the Naruto-verse or as a cross-over, just don't get too carried away with cameos.

There is a lot of freedom to write in this story and depending on inspiration, dedication, and the greatness of the writer this could be an epic or a dud. I personally do not think that I have any of those three qualities, so I leave this idea to more confident hands, err fingers.

No restrictions on who can try the idea, but I do ask anyone taking this story to try their best to finish it because I love reading these stories but I get annoyed when authors leave me hanging on a story. ATTENTION! There is one rule. If you quit the story, please delete it so there aren't a bunch of story bits on the site, and credit for the idea is always nice.

And finally since I am posting this story request, I will offer something back to anyone who at least read this. As I said, I'm no writer but I am a real grammar nut who knows how to tweak sentences and has way too much free time (read as 'I'm running out of games to beat on my x-box'). I would love to be a BETA/proof-reader for good authors who need an extra head on their shoulders. Like I said, lots of free time, so I can handle multiple stories. Just shoot me an e-mail.
