I adore Finn/Quinn, and inspiration struck. Read & Review?

You look to your boyfriend, he looks back, and you share a smile. It's nice to have someone stable in your life. He's sweet, he's a football player, and he's en route to being Prom King with you as Prom Queen. But there's something wrong, there's no feeling.

You try, you really do, and you try to be in love with him. He's in love with you, hopelessly, and it's killing you not being able to return those feelings. You want to, you really do.

But you know for as long as you're together, you won't be able too.

Then you look below yourself, and you see him. You broke his heart with your lies; he broke yours with his actions.

He smiles at his girlfriend, that scrawny brunette who possessed a fantastic voice. They look in love, happy, inseparable.

The last time you had seen him so in love was those nights you used to share together, in his house, sleeping together.

You longingly run your eyes over his head once more, when you realize, you're still in love with him. You never stopped loving him. You want him, you need him, and you crave him.

Suddenly, he looks back, and sees you. For a moment, just a moment, there's a look in his eyes, and he smiles at you. You smile back, and there's a spark.

But then, his girlfriend elbows him, and he turns his attention back to her, your moment over.

And for a moment, just for a moment, you think you might have a second chance with him.
