A/N: This story is about the cute little scene that has Eddie and Jamie fighting and chasing about her phone in the road. I thought it was such a cute scene. Anyways please read, enjoy, and review.
Eddie had just gotten her phone back from Jamie and read what he had texted back to Pete. "You texted him that!" Eddie said. Then she said "It is his loss". "I'm a real catch" she finished. Jamie looked at Eddie and said "You are a real catch partner and he made a mistake letting you go." "If you were my girlfriend I would never let you go" Jamie finished and then blushed. Eddie was silent for a few moments then realized what he had said and blushed profusely. "Do you mean that partner?" Eddie asked. "Yeah I do Eddie. I think you are a really great cop and a really special woman. I think you deserve a guy who will treat you right and never let you go." Jamie said. Eddie had a shocked expression on her face then she spoke. "Wow Jamie... No one has ever said this to me before. Guys like you... Well they don't come around often in my life." Eddie replied sadly. Jamie noticed the hint of sadness and said "Cheer up partner. We can go grab dinner and see Wicked together. It's a date okay. So wear something gorgeous." Jamie said. Eddie's face lit up and she smile right away. "Oh Jamie... Thank you. This is just what I needed." Eddie replied. Jamie and Eddie drove back to the precinct looking forward to their date.
