Intro
Kamen Rider Decade. Called both a Savior and the Destroyer. Had the power of all the Heisei Kamen Riders at his disposal. Was a threat to all at first, but served the greater good when he and all the Riders went up againist Daishocker. The true threat of their worlds.Their victory was astonishing as he said their respectful farewells and went backback to their own worlds so they can live in peace. But for Decade...he just disappeared. Vanished with no trace. He was then considered a myth...a legend. But that's all about to change. At the dead of night at a bedroom, a 14 year old boy with emerald green eyes and hazelnut brown hair named Neo Nakamura is sleeping in peace. But what he didn't know is that a little flash of light creating a silhouette of a young man walks up to the sleepong boy. He place his Decade Belt above the boy as it goes inside his body along with the powers of the other Heisei that he have met.

He then disappears without a trace.
