With a feral cry and a dashing leap, which was actually a small meow and a small hop from some wooden steps, Chi attacked a small dandelion with increasing anger.
You moved without my permmission!
You are not allowed!
Chi continued to paw at the offending flower that dared move without any warning. T-This wasn't right...
Ah! You moved again!
...
...
Oh...
Oooohhh...what is that?
With a cheerful hop, she moved away from the evil flower to investigate a new, small moving object in the grass. Which to any human would have been a harmless ant, but to Chi it was something completely new and potentially dangerous.
It moves...wow...
She pawed at it, but it frantically tried to scuttle away. Chi pawed at it again, the ant ran deeper into the grass leaves to find a hiding spot.
I shall find you!
Chi dug her nose deeper into the grass, deeper, and deeper. After merely ten seconds of nosing the grass without any results, Chi moved back and away from the grass.
Huh.
A women's voice rang out in the near empty backyard, "Chi! Food!"
Who cares!
Food!
Chi marched off to eat, meowing cheerfully.
And that is a sinple day of what Chi does.
