Everybody knows situations change
People drift away
Rosalina is in High School now. She won't want to go with me. A few years ago, when she would be going anyway, maybe she'd go with me. Nat thought grimly.
But I promise I'll always stay the same

Quassim told me Nat might ask me to the party, but he might not because of the age difference. I'm still Rosalina, and he's still Nat. We still belong together.
And I'll remember you
When I see the star fall from out of the blue shine bright(shin bright)

Every time I hear 'Beautiful Eyes,' I think of him, because it was a cover for the lyrics about me. I really love him. Which is strange, because whenever someone asks me, I have to pretend I don't like him.

"Hey Alex," Nat called from the bathroom where he was brushing his teeth.
"Yeah Nat?"
"You know how I like Rosalina…?"
"No. I thought you just talk about her all the time because you hate her guts," Alex drawled.
"So it's a little obvious, no need to be sarcastic! Anyway, I had a dream about her last night. We were walking, and it started raining, when I said we should go inside, the only thing she said was 'kiss me'. Weird huh?"
"No, not really." Alex said slowly, Rosalina loved the rain, it was her favorite weather,.
Nat walked out of the house, towards Rosalina's house so they could walk together. He knocked on the door, and when she came out they left. I'm going to ask her, Nat thought, and soon enough, it started to rain.
