Tony pulled desperately at the cracks in the hidden door.

How the hell do you open this thing?

The room she had trapped him in was tiny, about the size of a walk in closet. There was nothing in it except a newspaper. And it was pitch black. And of course no one could see the door from the outside. And it couldn't be opened from the inside. Typical.

Suddenly a giant flash came from above him. Hidden camera. Great. Now they would probably send pictures to Gibbs for proof of life. That explained the newspaper.

With nothing to do, Tony sat in the dark with no way to tell what was happening. The door opened a couple of times, giving him some food. The person who stood there was dressed all in black, mask and all.

He couldn't even tell if it was a man or woman.

With nothing to do. He wondered. Surprisingly, it was all about Ziva. It was a long time before he realized why.

She had been with him when he was taken, they knocked her out. Attacked from behind. Like a coward.

If she wasn't okay…

This person would pay dearly.

He thought of her.

Laughing.

Dancing.

Drinking.

Singing.

Naked.

Now where had that come from? He remembered when they had been under cover as a married couple, pretending to do… it.

Pretending. He almost wished it hadn't been.

That was when he heard it.

"N.C.I.S.!" shouted out I Gibbs' voice.

"Boss!" He yelled as loud as he could, not loud, seeing as he hadn't used his voice in… how many days?

"In here!"

"Tony, hold on we'll get you out." Gibbs said.

McGee and Gibbs pried it open with crow bars. The first thing he saw after the blinding light was her face. Kneeling next to him.

"Are you okay? I'm so sorry…"

He grabbed he and he kissed her. To his relief she kissed back.
