HOWDY! So this is my first fanfiction/oneshot thing EVER on this website! YAY. But I thought that after the depressing events in the episode End Game (depressing events I refuse to believe) I thought I could try to lift some spirits with a little FLINX! Judge me if you want, yes I still love Flinx.

If I did Wally would still be prancing around with Artemis in Paris.

It was a relatively slow day for the Young Justice crew, and slow was exactly what Wally West did not do. It seemed like everyone had been sent out to do something productive, but himself. So, when there was a report of a burglary at a gas station a few miles down he jumped at the opportunity- no literally. As soon as the words "Two miles…" left Nightwing's mouth he was out the door in a matter of seconds.

"Six seconds," he thought to himself "not bad, Wally, not bad…" he skidded to a stop in front of 'Gotham City Gas' and sighed "Another could be good samaritan who made a bad choice."

Shaking his head, he sped into the gas station and his green eyes met with a familiar pink. He held his breath, it couldn't possibly be…

"Wally?" the shaky voice of a 17 year old Jinx fluttered in his head. Her outfit had changed from the last time he remembered her: instead of black, her dress was a simple grey one, and in place of her old stripped stockings were plain pink ones, she took out her double pigtails and in their place put a single ponytail- they only thing she hadn't changes was her signature combat boots.

And suddenly the memories came flooding back.

He remembered giving her roses every time he saw her, Madame Rouge, Jinx's team (he wondered what had happened to them a couple of times), defeating The Brotherhood of Evil, convincing her to leave… Wally had meant leave with him but Jinx had just left, period. He hadn't heard from her or seen her until this very second. Finally, he remembered feeling a love stronger than what he had for Artemis, and the everlasting sting it had left when she was gone.

"Wally?" she asked again, but this time reality smacked him in the face and then handed him over to fate who shoved him towards her.

The next thing he knew they were face to face and a single tear slipped down Jinx's slim cheek. He raised a shaky hand and wiped it away with his thumb. "I was never going to rob anything or hurt anyone. I-I just heard you were in this city and," she sniffled lightly "And I needed to try."

"Try what?" he croaked holding back his own tears

"I needed to try to find you." The tears fell more profusely now. Wally didn't know how else to make it stop besides kissing her. So that's exactly what he did. It was a peaceful and meaningful kiss filled with rhythmical lip movements. He pulled apart and leaned his forehead on hers wondering what his teammates would think, they'd all accept her except maybe Artem-

Suddenly, Wally's eyes popped open and he exclaimed "Shit! Artemis is gonna kill me!"

Jinx's eyes glowed pink "Who is Artemis?" Wally gave a measly half grin he knew wasn't enough the was a flash of burning pink before a shrill voice yelled "WALLACE WEST YOU KISSED ME WHILE YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND?!"

"Correction," Wally thought to himself "Jinx is going torture me and then Artemis is gonna kill me."
