Summery: When Luffy's brother Ace and sister (OC) come down with a deadly illness, the Going Merry crew (with the help of Shanks) must travel the seas and search for a cure before it's to late. Dedicated to my cuzins Kara and Jessica!

Nami walked above deck humming. The air was brisk and calm. That meant smooth sailing, and that meant that today was going to be a rather good day. Below deck Sanji was in the kitchen cooking and thinking of Nami in a teal bikini laying on a beach. Blush formed on his face as he daydreamed.

Usopp sat in the crow's nest, Luffy sat on the sheep's head, Zoro was napping near a barrel of rum, and Chopper sat by Nami as she looked through many maps. There were three others on the ship aswell. Red-Haired Shanks who looked out into the vast blue-gray ocean ahead, Luffy's elder brother Ace who, like Zoro, was asleep, only in his own bed, and a young black haired girl who was 7 who also was still asleep. Her name was Komi and she was Ace and Luffy's younger sister.

Sanji's voice echoed through the whole ship as he yelled "BREAKFAST!"

"YAY FOOD!" Cried Luffy racing towards the dining room. Zoro stumbled along behind Shanks, Nami, Usopp, and Chopper. They were greeted with plates piled high with smoked ham, bacon, eggs, rolls, fresh fruits, blue pitches of juice and milk, clear glasses filled with honey and butter. Sanji smiled widely and stared at Nami.

"Looks yummy!" Luffy cried shoving a large piece of ham into his mouth and chomping loudly on it. Nami looked around.

"Where's Ace and Komi-chan?" Asked Nami taking a sip of a sweet tasting blue juice.

"Maybe they're still asleep." Shanks said looking up from his eggs.

By lunchtime Ace and Komi had still not awaken. Nami and Shanks went below deck to check on them. Ace was sprawled out in his hammock. His hat covering his face while his limbs dangled. Shanks shook the sleeping man who groaned and rolled over, his hat falling to the floor.

Nami gasped. Ace's face was a bright shade of crimson red and his breath was heavy and quick. "He's ill! I wonder...." Shanks and Nami ran to Komi's bed. Komi' was like her brother. Her breaths were quick and she whimpered slightly.

Nami ran to the upper deck. "Whats wrong Nami-san?" Asked the cook.

"Komi and Ace.....have fevers. They're ill." Everyone followed Nami below deck where Shanks had laid Ace and Komi beside one another. Shanks opened Ace's left eye. It was yellow and bloodshot. Same with Komi's eyes.

"Whats wrong with them?" Asked Luffy, his voice seemed to shake with fear and worry. His eyes were so frightened that Ace and Komi might die. And there was a chance they would.

Luffy spent a few moments alone with his siblings. Ace opened his eyes and turned to face Luffy. Ace was weak and it showed.

"Hey bro." Ace forced a weak smile and then grunted in pain.

"Ace!"

"I'm ok Luffy." Ace panted, his eyes closing and opening repeatedly.

"Whats wrong....Ace you have a fever...you and Komi." Ace looked at Luffy.

"I feel like my chest is being stabbed over and over again, and the owner of the knife isn't hapy with me not dying."

"Ace don't die." Ace smiled at his little brother.

"I won't. I promise Luffy." Ace fell asleep then. Luffy watched over Komi. Komi's messy black locks framed her face. Luffy kissed the young girl and went above deck.

"Luffy. We've found a cure. It's called the -"

Evil Cliffie!
