Hi, guys! Long time no see.
Here is actually a chapter fic! I spent at least three months (April, May, and June of last year) planning every little bit of it, working on bits and pieces, characterization, etc, etc. Sometime in July, my excitement petered out. But I still have a notebook and computer-ful of this, and I might as well just publish it and see what you guys think.
Now, I have a ton of stuff written, so if I have a pretty good response, I'll post the rest.
The Capitol believed that they had the power to control the lives of their citizens. They thought that fate could be altered, and that some things would remain unchanged forever.
They thought that they had absolute control over the life of one Victor. They thought that he would always have to stay in the Capitol, in the accompaniment of his ever-changing "lovers."
But they did not know about another person, another Victor, that this Victor was destined to be with.
They did not know that destiny is unchangeable.
Thus was born a story of rivalry, friendship, danger, trust, forgiveness, courage, sacrifice, and love.
