The moment Dawn sets foot in the Harbor Inn, she knows coming here was a mistake. The man who greets her has a creepy smile, an even creepier laugh.

"We've been expecting you," he says, his voice giving her chills. Stammering, she thanks the innkeeper and he lets her inside. I guess I'm too curious for my own good, she thought, remembering how excited she was when she found the Member's Card, the only way to even open the door of the inn much less get inside.

The room is empty save for a bed, and it's obvious the room hasn't been tended to or lived in for years. She wants to turn around and walk away, but for some reason she can't. The bed seems to call her name and she realizes how tired she is.

"Maybe a quick rest..." Her eyes fall shut the moment her head hits the pillow.

When she wakes up, she finds herself on a stranded island. It's cold and dark, just like the inn, and the creepy feeling is more intense than ever. But Dawn can't stop herself from pressing forward, towards the little copse of trees, walking through them.

That's where she sees him. Floating in the center of the shallow lake, a strange shadow. "Dark is watching me", she remembers the young boy whimpering in his sleep not long ago.

"Darkrai."

This is what the man meant when he said they'd been expecting her. Fullmoon Island, Newmoon Island. Cresselia, whose wing could cure the nightmares Darkrai caused.

Summoning her courage, Dawn approaches the shadowy figure and smiles.

"Hello."

When she awakens the next morning, the room has changed. It looks brighter somehow, and the uncomfortable feeling is no longer there. She opens the door, steps out into the sunlight and smiles.
