Thou Shalt Not be a Hamlet or an Othello

A series of three limericks about Hamlet, Othello, and the ill fate the objects of their affection meet. Some might find them humorous. The result of my complete and utter boredom.

Disclaimer: I do not own Hamlet or Othello.

Hamlet was confused

And completely bemused

He let his love go mad

And she died quite sad

Poor Ophelia did drown while she mused.

Othello was tricked

And in the end he got licked

He killed Desdemona

In Cyprus, not too far from Roma

And we all remember this conflict.

So be a bright young lad,

And do not be a cad

When misfortunes befall you,

When you love flows through,

Being a Hamlet or an Othello is bad.
