Chapter 1:
"I cannot believe it!" Naruto exclaimed. "Finally."
"You've earned it, Naruto." Kakashi smiled. "You've earned it."
"Wow, never thought you'd see this day, did you?" Gaara joked.
"Never." Kankuro replied. Everyone of Konohagakure gathered at the town's center to see the crowning of the new Hokage, or king, persay. The reason they crowned a new hokage, the criminal mastermind, Sasuke Uchiha, killed sixth hokage Danzo Shimura in a bloody brutal brawl. The Fire Daimyo council have elected Naruto Uzumaki to be the new hokage, their reasoning? He brought Sasuke to justice and Sasuke is currently in trial of murder, among many other things.
"I am here to represent Naruto for his crowning today!" Kakashi Hatake announced as the crowd cheered. "But first off, into serious matter, we will miss sixth hokage Danzo Shimura and will have a memorial after this ceremony. We assure you Sasuke Uchiha has been brought to justice, and your safety is our top matter!"
The crowd whooped and hollered, along with sighs of relief. Naruto grabbed the hokage hat slowly and mildly. He saw lots of delicacy in the hat after all, he was the seventh hokage, and the youngest the town of Konoha has ever seen before. He put on the hat and cried tears of joy.
"Believe it!" Uzumaki roared. The crowd went wild as Naruto left the podium to Sakura Haruno, the young woman waiting for him.
"Wow Sakura, you doubted this would ever happen. But look, I'm hokage now." Naruto hugged Sakura.
"And you've won my heart." Sakura whispered.
"What?" Naruto blushed.
"Shh." Sakura put her finger to his lips and kissed his cheek. "Your welcome." She said as Naruto stared blankly into the sky. She then walked away from Naruto that sunny, warm summer day.
"Did that just happen?" Naruto asked.
"It's all happening, buddy!" Gaara came from behind.
"I can't believe it." Narutoe sighed.
"Believe it!" Gaara smiled.
