Well, you're completely right.
Meet Bubbles Utonium.
Golden blonde hair in two high-ish ponytails. Bright blue eyes. And a heap of freckles on her face. Her clothes consisted of a huge light blue jumper, a light blue and white long-sleeved shirt under it, black track pants, with white and dark blue sneakers.
She was the blue one of the Powerpuff Girls. Everybody loved herself and her group. Well, almost. The villains of Townsville hated her. Almost every villain.
She was walking down the street, smiling at everyone who walked past. And as she walked, she noticed someone was running towards her.
Looking like a boy.
And he was being chased by an amount of dogs or something.
Maybe Bubbles could calm them down. Talk to them. See what they're chasing the boy.
"Hey" She called out to the boy, who looked up revealing his face.
He had deep blue eyes, with strands of dirty blonde hair coming out of is hoodie. He had a dark blue hoodie, black jeans, with black and white converses. He had a bunch of freckles on his face aswell.
"HELP ME!" The boy cried out, running faster to Bubbles to reach to her faster.
As the boy ran all the way to her, the dog's immediately calmed down as Bubbles got on her knees to talk to them.
"Hey puppies, what did this boy do to you guys?" She asked what seemed to be the leader of the pack.
"Ruff, ruff, ruff" The dog barked, where Bubbles caught what he was saying and looked at the boy.
"So this boy is a Rowdyruff Boy?" Bubbles questioned the dog.
"Ruff" The dogs barked in sync.
"Okay, thank you for leading him to me" Bubbles smiled, as the dogs then ran off, following their leader.
"Alright Boomer, what did you do the dogs?" Bubbles asked the said boy.
"I-i-i, ah, I accidently trasspassed on their territory" The boys known as Boomer ammited.
'Okay, if it was an accident, then I suppose I can let you off this time" Bubbles smiled at him, making his heart melt.
The truth was Boomer didn't trasspass on the dog's territory, he payed the dogs in dog biscuits to chase after him and lead him to Bubbles. Boomer loved Bubbles, same as his brothers loving their counterparts. They were all alike. Brick and Blossom were nerds and loved to read. Butch and Buttercup were althetes and loved to fight. And him and Bubbles, they were both so sweet and they both loved animals, their toy octopi, and they each loved school. Even though Boomer and his brother's didn't go to school, he had always wanted to go.
"B-b-bubbles, I-i, ah" Boomer stuttered before kissing her cheak and zooming off into the sky leaving Bubbles astonished.
"What just happened?" Bubbles asked herself.
She looked up to the trail of deep blue, and smiled to herself. Thinking. Maybe he isn't that evil.
