Mindset
They say a lot fits into 100 words. But you'd be surprised what can fit into three. That's why they never say them. They don't let themselves go that last step to really admitting it.
That's because of what these three words really mean.
'I love you.'
I'll never leave you. You're more important than the military. There's nothing in the world that could keep us apart...
That's why he stopped her. Somehow, he knew they'd get through this and she'd regret it.
Bottom line is, they can't walk away from their life's work.
That's why they never say them.
