Mamura has been waiting a long time, a very long time to do this.

After she went in, he closed the door behind her. "Just some cooked meat with white rice on the side."
"Oh! I couldn't really believe that you could cook. Never seen you. I wanna try it~"
He led her into the dining room, sitting down in his seat.
"It tashes gwed!(it tastes good)" She gleamed, speaking with her mouth full.
"What did I tell you about doing that?" He wiped the crumbs off her mouth with a napkin.
She just smiled back and went back to eating.
Now's the time. He has to do it.
"Suzume."
"Mmm?"
He got out of his chair, went over to her to kneel down and faced her.
"Will...you..." He started blushing.
Suzume was started to get aware now. Was it the thing Yuyuka was talking about...?
He became more hesitant. "...m...marry me?"
Her eyes widened, she dropped her chopsticks and stared at Mamura.
"Did you just..."
He looked away. "...Just give me your answer. I won't accept a no."
She grinned and jumped onto Mamura, even though she might have hurt him a bit. But who cares? She was just proposed to!
"Yes!" She exclaimed.
Mamura was so glad. He didn't know what to say. With her reaction, he didn't know that she would actually say yes.
Instead of saying anything, he just responded with a kiss.
