A little oneshot I thought of while watching a disagreement between two teachers in school. Hope you enjoy!

Grown Ups…"Sigh…. I really don't understand." The kitsune sat inside Kaede's hut, his eyes flickering in the light of the fire.
He was all alone. Sango had heard a rumor about Kohaku being in a nearby village and had left immediately. Miroku had also volunteered to go along and help her.
They were two people Shippou didn't understand at all.
"I really don't get it! How come the pervert is always with Sango when she's upset or disturbed? I can tell that those are the only times he doesn't want to grope her." Shippou contemplated.
"Usually, Sango makes him eat dirt whenever he goes too far and crosses physical limits. But then sometimes, they're both so different. They just sit next to each other in silence without saying or doing anything. It's really weird."
He sighed and walked outside.
"I wonder when Inuyasha's gonna be back."
Inuyasha and Kagome were supposed to be with him but things did not go as planned. Inuyasha had gone off to see Kikyo again. In tears, Kagome announced that she had some important work to do on the other side of the well and had to leave.
"I think that Kagome doesn't even have any work there!" Shippou exclaimed. "I think she just made it up cause she was mad at Inuyasha and didn't want to spend time with him!"
"Stupid Inuyasha." Thought Shippou darkly.
"He's always going after that cold and scary lady and is making Kagome sad. I don't understand why Kagome just doesn't leave him altogether!"
"Not that I want her to leave me, of course." He quickly added.
"Kagome." That name meant so much to him. When he had first seen her, he had thought that she was some kind of an angel. Now she was much more. He loved her dearly and thought of her as his mother.
"Why doesn't Kagome ever say anything to Inuyasha? Doesn't Inuyasha know that every time he leaves her for Kagome he hurts her? Why doesn't Kagome just tell him not to go? Inuyasha knows that Kikyo has tried to kill Kagome before, so why does he not take revenge like he does on anyone else who tries to hurt Kagome? I don't get it!"
"Inuyasha is always jealous of any man who has anything to do with Kagome, so how dare he leave her for someone else? Why does Kagome accept it?" Shippou cried.
From the corner of the room, Kilala gave a small mew.
Shippou turned to her.
"Kilala, you and I are the only sane people here." He announced
Kilala gave a small mew of agreement.
Then, the outlines of two people became visible. As they came closer, Shippou could see that Inuyasha and Kagome were walking together towards the hut. They both looked quite happy and Shippou could see that although Kagome had been crying, she wasn't anymore.
"Kagome! What are you doing? Shouldn't you be sitting him to the ground!" Shippou cried out.
"Oi, shut up, brat!" said Inuyasha, taking a swipe at him.
Shippou dodged and shrieked, "Kagome! Inuyasha's bullying me!" and waited for Kagome to sit him.
But to his shock, Kagome simply smiled and said, "Inuyasha, come on now! Don't bully Shippou."
Inuyasha huffed and walked away leaving Shippou sitting in the dirt.
Shippou simply stared.
"Grown ups…." He muttered and slouched inside. Oh well, at least Kagome would have some treats for him!
The EndHope you liked it! If you didn't understand, I made it such that Inuyasha went after Kagome and the two made up and talked. Well, you can use your imagination about what happened.
