Prologue
"Dark versus light. Love versus hate. That's how the war went. That's how the legend started. Legend you ask? You're telling me you've never heard of the legend of the Arch Angel? You haven't? Well what are you waiting for? Gather 'round, gather 'round children, I have a story to tell.
Long, long ago there was a war. A war between the world's dark and light forces. This caused a temporary extinction of the human race. So, without humans, how can there be a war you ask? Easy, this war was fought between angels, angels and demons.
Angels, just like how all the stories described, were magnificent creatures. They were human-like creatures with beautifully, feathered wings of white. Float atop there head was a golden glowing halo. There enemies, the demons, were there also human-like but they were the angels' complete opposites. Instead of feathered wings, they had blood-red, leathery wing, much like that of a bat's wings. They also had no halo above there head, but they did have something the angels didn't. Teeth. Dagger-like teeth, every demon had a mouth lined with thirty-two dagger-like teeth.
Well as you can imagine, these two creatures were at war for eons and eons, with no end in sight.
The Legend, however; stated that in times of great hardship, there will be two great warriors that will ultimately decide the fate of the world. One of these warriors, was the Arch Angel. Driven by love, he fought for the defense of the world. His enemy, on the other hand; was driven by hatred, death, and suffering. His enemy is called by many names, but the most common of these was Apocalyptic Demon. Also, it is said that the Apocalyptic Demon, if he killed the Arch Angel, would cause a plague across the planet, which would ultimately destroy all life.
Well that was the legend, but would you like to hear the full story? You would? Excellent! Well then, let's get started shall we?

Author's Note: some names will be in both of my novels, however: both this and Mobius, have absolutely no relation whatsoever, i'm just not so good at coming up with names. Plus i like making myself the main character.
