Bella pov

Everything was burning at first I was stinging so bad it burned, now it feels like my body was on fire. As I was ripped back in reality by the amount of pain. I seen Jake, then there was a different pain in my stomach. " Jake my tummy hurts" I cried" " I know bells shh.. It will be over soon" he told me then I passed back out

Jacob's pov

I was so worried about her the love of my life, my imprint was fighting the biggest battle of her life she would face I hoped she would make it. "Carlisle his on his way" the pixie looking girl told me. I didn't respond I kept holding her and telling her it will be ok. When Carlisle showed up I begged him for help "Sam told me the wolf gene would fight the venom" I explained quickly as I could seeing the worried look on his face. "Jake here are some clothes" Sam offered me but I didn't care if I was out for the world to see. All I cared about is Bella "we need to get her to our house "Carlisle told me. I held her twitching body close to mine. "Jacob listens to save her we need to take her our house. I think there something wrong other that the wolf gene and the venom." Carlisle told me I slowly gave her to him. As soon as she was safely in his arms I ran in to the forest and phased I heard her scream faded in to the forest. I ran as fast as I could to get to the Cullen's house. When I got there I had seen the door wide open. I put on some clothes and ran inside. I quickly ran to the room were Bella was. I seen Carlisle lift up her shirt as she screamed " get away from me" before I could rip his head of Emmett came and took me down stairs I was very grateful for that. As I tried to sit on tried living room coach I realize that I could not sit down while was up stair I didn't feel ok until her scream slowly faded away. Soon after her screams had died down Carlisle came down stairs.

"Can I ask you a few questions?" Carlisle asked worried

"Yea" I responded simply

"How long did it take for you to phased the first time?" he asked intently

"Umm 5 days. Why?" I asked nervously

"we adding the days it takes a human to turn in to a vampires and a shape shifter together then subtracting them fighting inside her it will take about two and a half days for her to change" he told me his face never changing from his original look. But I felt a lot better.

"What's wrong with her Doc" I asked trying not to cry.

"" I know this is a very personal question but when was the last time you and Bella had sex." He asked my heart dropped in to my chest

"Maybe a week ago" I gulped

" Jacob she pregnant"

Later that day

As I slowly absorbed the information about Bella I felt worried that the babies would be affected horribly. So I walked up stairs to see Bella with all these tubes coming out of her body. Then I seen the ultra-sound machine, I seen the tiny things and realize we were having twins as I watched them do small kicks and little turns in her tummy. All I wanted was for them to be safe and her to get better. I cried silent tears at what tomorrow might bring. I fell as sleep next to her bed.
