Hello Twilight fans! I have not yet finished reading Eclipse so don't be annoyed with the things you'll find here. I hope someone will give these a review!
Chapter 1
She felt around and her hand found the cold stone. She stared at it while it breathed. In. Out. In. Out. Rise. Fall. Rise. Fall.
"Tell me what you're thinking," she spoke softly as if breaking the silence might make the stone disappear. She gazed at the liquid gold that is his eyes. He smiled.
"I.. I'm thinking about what you were muttering about earlier." His chest rumbled as he spoke. It's perfect. Divine. She stroked his neck. Feeling every part; Going lower. And lower. And lower… She touched everything; Her face gave nothing away but something seems to be missing…
"What was I saying?" she breathed at his neck. She was sure though, that she was dreaming of something utterly repulsive.
He grinned wider. Suspicion confirmed. "You keep saying, 'I do! I do! I do!'" He kissed her neck before he whispered, "Did you finally give in?"
Her heart skipped a thousand beats. It's been almost two years and yet she still isn't used to the breath-taking beauty that slept beside her. She laughed when she remembered: vampires don't sleep. She returned the stone his kiss and replied, "Of course not! If it wasn't for you…"
She paused. Would it be right to say it? Can she be brave enough?
"You know what I want--" was all she ever got out.
He carried her to his car and told her, fist clenching the steering wheel, "Let's go. Charlie's waiting for us and he's freaking paranoid. You still have to dress for school too."
He avoided her eyes as he spoke.
