A/N: Don't ask, I have no idea what this is. Short one-shot, just for the heck of it. This is before Chuck declared his undying love for her. I OWN NOTHING. Except, well the words and idea.
Tick, tock, tic..
The clock's sound banged in her head as she stared out the window at the busy New York streets.
Tick, tock, tic..
She shook her head and stood up, wiping the tears from her eyes. He stood at the door of her bedroom, staring at her. She looked down at the floor, too concentrated to notice him.
Tick, tock, tic..
That's when she broke down. Tears filled her eyes and ran down her pink cheeks and she let herself sit down on the bed as her hands reached her face. She lay down and looked up at the ceiling, her tears cascading down the side of her face to her bed sheets. He kept his eyes on her, his heart sinking when he saw her tears. He had made her like that. It was his fault. She shut her eyes tightly as if it would help her escape from the world as she whimpered softly.
Tick, tock, tic..
That's when he decided to take a step. He stood in her room and he took a deep breath, closing his eyes when he could smell her. She heard a footstep but ignored it, turning on her side. He slowly walked over to her bed and stared through her back. She could feel his eyes looking at her intently but said nothing. She knew it was him.
Tick, tock, tic..
"Blair.." He spoke up, slowly looking around the room. She opened her eyes slowly and shook her head, in a way of telling him to leave. "Blair" He repeated, slowly sitting down on the bed. She felt his weight on her bed and slowly scooted away. He hesitantly brought his hand to her bare arm, stroking it gently. "Can I see your face, Blair?" He whispered and she responded with a quiet no. He sighed loudly and brought his hand to her chin, turning her head so he could see her.
Tick, tock, tic..
She shut her eyes quickly, trying to squirm out of his grasp. He placed his hand firmly on her hip to keep her in her position. He slowly wiped her tears with the pad of his thumb, looking at her intently. "Blair.." She breathed out heavily, turning on her side again and closing her eyes. He settled beside her and felt her body tense up. He moved his hand down her side slowly. "I'm here for you" He said quietly before realized she had fell asleep.
Tick, toc, tic..
He kissed under her ear gently and looked at the clock and the back at her. "I love you, Blair Waldorf"
A/N: No need to be mean, I know it was useless..
