Surrounded by darkness, lying on the floor

Nearer to the edge, which she'd longed for so long.
"Do it" they said, with no remorse in their voice
It was as if, she didn't have a choice.
But now it's all over ,the suffering and the pain,
Perhaps all to do now, is to start again.
