"Hey Alex!" I yelled. He looked back and smiled. His smile is so cute... I smiled back and waved. I started walking towards him panicking about how I looked. Does my breath smell? I wonder if my eyeshadow came off? Maybe I should leave! No...Calm yourself Elizabeth.

"You look cute today Eliza."

"T-thanks Alex." I managed to say. I manage to not start hyperventilating.

"I have some news."

"What?"

"Well do you want to go out for dinner tonight? I don't want to say here."

"Totally!" I twirled my chocolate brown hair. I also had hazel eyes with tan skin. Everyone always said I was the perfect brunette beauty. Is he finally going to propose! I hope so. Don't squeal with joy just yet Eliza.

"I'll see you at 6 pm then? Grillin' Steaks?" said Alex.

"Yeah! Totally! See you then." I almost yelled. He knew Grillin' Steaks was always my favorite restaurant, but I didn't go much because it cost a lot. This must be a really special occasion.

He walked away still smiling his winning smile. Any girl would die to be his girlfriend. I shook my head and sighed. I started to walk away when I say a girl smile at me. She winked. I kept walking, even though I was curious who she was.

I saw Alex at a booth in the quieter section of the restaurant.

"So what's up?" I said as I slide into the booth across from him. He took a deep breath, smiled, and said

"I'm getting married."
