It was happening. It was only a matter of time until her twin would come outside and stop this from fully happening. She was coming, right?

"Nobody cares about you..." One voice said.

"Yes they do!" Lana mentally screamed.

"Then why had no one come?" Another voice asked.

"They will!" There was a silence. "L-Lola will!" Lana cried.

Pain was tearing through her body. Her heart was pounding, it was louder than she had ever heard it! Her veins began to glow a dark blue.

It was only a matter of time.

"Face it child, no one is coming. You will fall to us, and beg for our mercy."

"No! Nope, that's not going to happen." Oh god, even thinking hurt.

Her heartbeat was the only thing she heard aside rain and the voices. It was ringing and made the headache even worse than it already was. Even the most simple action hurt.

It felt as if every single bone in her body was dissolving, or her heart was literally beating out of her chest. Lana prepared herself to look down, it would hurt, but she had to do it.

SNAP!*

Did her head fall off? No. It didn't fall off, it's just what it felt like. This pain was getting unbearable. How much longer did she have to suffer? Shouldn't Lola be out there already?

Lana's eyes widened as she saw her chest. The feeling of blood pumping through her body wasn't her imagination. It was pumping out of her chest. There was a large gash just in the center of her chest, right on her heart area. "Please, Lola..."

More of her veins were turning blue. The headache was getting worse and she was losing even more blood. Her nose was bleeding and blood was spilling out of her mouth. Her eyes glowed a color between white and blue, leaning towards more white.

"No, no no no Nonononononononono!" Lana began to panic. It wasn't going to end like this!

Everything was fading, the pain, the sound, the feeling of the rain, everything. She was slipping away. "No...no...no..."

She felt her knees buckle underneath her as she fell to her knees. She was still clutching her head in pain. Her eyes burned. Why? Blood was pouring out of them too.

"Lana, you can't let yourself bleed! You're going to die! Stop losing so much blood!"

She scolded herself.

Eventually everything became silent. "No...no..." she wheezed.

"NO!" She cried out. Even if no one could hear her.

Her arms dropped to her sides and half of her face landed in the mud. She struggled to get herself up or even keep her eyes open. "No..."

Everything turned black. "Oh no...oh no, nonononono..." She didn't die right? She wouldn't... no, couldn't die, right?

Then everything came back to her. The pain, the sound...

"Quick, Lori call an ambulance!" Lana heard her younger sister race to the door and call for the eldest to call the hospital.

She could hear small cries coming from the other room.

"It's my fault."

Everything turned black again.

"I'm sorry."

She then heard sirens. Lana then felt herself being lifted up into a vehicle.

"Please be okay."

What happened while she was...dead?
